This is an Online Auction with Internet or Absentee Bidding Only. All Internet Bidders must register Online and Absentee Bidders must register with Iggy's Auction House, LLC. Bidding for this auction starts on Monday, April 6, 2020, and starts closing on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 6:00PM CST
ONLINE AUCTION STARTS CLOSING
Online Auction Starts Closing Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 6:00PM CST. Each lot ends 20 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 3 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 3 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.
REQUIRED REGISTRATION INFORMATION TO BID
You are required to register with a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. This does not mean you have to pay with the credit card that you register with. We do accept other forms of payment such as: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Persons not giving this correct or valid information will not be allowed access to this auction. All items sold "as is, where is" with no warranty. All sales are final. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. The items are available to the public for inspection until the auction closing, for an appointment call (715)305-2475). Iggy's Auction House, LLC (Officers, Members & Employees) may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet but makes no representations, in no event shall Iggy's Auction House, LLC (Officers, Members & Employees) be held responsible for having made or implied and warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Iggy's Auction House, LLC (Officers, Members & Employees) will neither be held responsible for accidents, nor errors, deletions or omissions. No credit or adjustments will be allowed in any form or amount. The buyer relies exclusively on his/her pre-auction inspection and each lot is sold with all fault and defects therein. The buyer shall take full responsibility and assume all risk of said equipment and or items from the time the auction company accepts the final bid from the buyer.

There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all purchases paid for by Cash or Check, 14% Buyer's Premium on all purchases paid for by Credit Card. 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax Applies unless you are tax exempt. Everything Sold As Is. No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION END, which is Monday, April 27, 2020 at 6:00pm, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. If not paid by then, you agree to have your credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice plus the 14% Buyers Premium. Items are considered abandoned if not picked up within five (5) days of purchase and items are no longer your property unless arrangements have been made in writing.
Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Bidding increment are $1.00
STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE
Staggered Close: each lot ends 20 seconds after the previous lot (several second delay between each lot, so all lots don't end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend three (3) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last three (3) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.

PRACTICE BIDDING LOT
This lot is used for test bidding and to place sample and practice bids. Feel free to bid on this lot, these are sample bids only.
MAX BID AMOUNT
If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21, It would take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

PICKUP/PAYMENT DATES & TIMES
Due to the Covid-19, Pickup will be by Appointment Only that way we can have your items ready for you. Pickup days will be Friday 11am -6pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm, they will be in 10 minutes increments. Sign up online for a time slot at IggysAuction.com(a link will be posted during the close of the auction at the top of our home page) or when you receive the email at the end of the auction, that will also have a link in it called "SignUpGenius" to sign up. To make special pickup arrangements call Trina at (715)305-2475. More time slots will be added as needed.
All costs for shipping and packaging will be at the buyer's expense. (Packaging charges will apply to cover time and materials.) Average packaging cost is $3-$10 but very large, heavy, or fragile items may incur extra fees.
Items that are easily put in a box are shippable. If they are not, please verify if shipping will be available before bidding on items. You may inquire about shipping via email at email@example.com or call Trina at (715)305-2475.
If you need items shipped after the auction has closed, please contact Trina at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (715)305-2475. Please let me know if you need your items shipped to a different address or to the address on file. Once we have your items ready to ship, we will charge your credit card you have on file for the items you won, Buyers Premium, tax if applicable and costs related to shipping. Will then email you a receipt along with a tracking number. Please note: we usually start preparing customers items for shipping after the 2nd scheduled pickup day.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU HAVE WON ITEMS AT AUCTION
After the entire auction has ended you will receive an email reminding you of Pickup/Payment Location, Dates and Times. Attached to that email will also be your invoice. For Pickup please bring help with you if you are not able to remove the item(s) by yourself. Most items are boxed except for single items or larger bulkier items. There is an elevator and carts available. Bring your Own Boxes and Packaging if desired, Tools and/or Equipment that you may need in order to help you remove your item(s).
